He formed the Band in 1970 along with Brian May and Roger Taylor, and the rest, as they say, is history.

So many good songs and performances, and the shows and vids were never boring. This vid caused quite a stir when it was released.

Sadly, due to his way of life, he contracted Aids, which he finally died of, and his last album, Innuendo, which to my mind, was one of his best, and the vids from the album show how ill he was, but his motto was:

And he did right to the end

So, today, let’s play some great music, performed by a great band with some fantastic performances throughout their careers.
