🕷️🦇☠️🎃Happy Halloween🕷️🦇☠️🎃

Well, folks, it's that time of the year again, the time of ghosts, jack o’ lanterns, spiders, and all things scary.
Yes, It's Halloween.

The shops are full of Halloween costumes, scary decs, spiders that drop down on you, trick or treat gifts, and pumpkins to carve a jack o' lantern from, and beware the witches and black cats!!

Halloween is becoming increasingly popular over here now, but it started in Ireland with the old Celtic feast of Samhain.
The feast marked the end of summer and harvest and the start of winter. The Celtics believed that at this time, the veil between the living world and the spirit world was thin, thus allowing the dead to return.

Modern Halloween traditions include bonfires, costumes and telling stories, Trick or Treat, and Apple Dunking, to name a few. It was carried to  North America by immigrants and evolved through All Saints Day and other Christian Holidays.
It is now widely celebrated in America and is catching on over here.

A different take on apple dunking !!

So do you celebrate Halloween, or does it just pass you by?  Do you get trick-or-treat callers? We don't where we live and can't say I'm sorry. If so, are they friendly or just play tricks?

Today, post all things scary and Halloween-related music, gifs, pics, etc., etc. and some spooky dancing please !!
And let's have some spooky fun!
